Frequently asked questions
Do I need to choose an output mode?
No. The tool uses page appearance with a text layer for search and selection. Text within images is not automatically recognized by OCR.
Will the result look exactly like Word?
Not always. Page size, margins, headers/footers and page breaks are followed, but unavailable fonts, legacy objects and complex layouts may differ. Selection of some characters may also be inaccurate.
