How do I compress PDF to 200 KB, 500 KB or 1 MB?
Enter 200, 500 or 1024 in the target KB field; enter 100 for a 100 KB target, or 2048 for 2 MB. The tool attempts to reduce file size to your target but cannot guarantee it. Page count and detailed photos can make the output larger.
Why is my PDF not getting smaller?
It may already be optimized or contain mostly text. Photoshop editing data is removed; Photoshop-specific editing is not retained. Keep-text mode recompresses supported RGB/grayscale JPEG and Flate images and leaves other image formats intact. If the output is not smaller, the original file is retained.
